Ingredients

  • 1 onion roll
  • Horseradish sauce, to taste
  • ¼ lb. Kretschmar Off The Bone Angus Roast Beef, sliced
  • 2 slices Kretschmar Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices thick-cut peppercorn bacon, cooked
  • ½ cup of thinly sliced onions, grilled

Instructions

  • Cut roll and spread horseradish inside. Add roast beef, cheese, bacon and onion. Put sandwich in broiler 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
