Buffalo Style Chicken Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 6-inch naan or pita bread
  • 3 slices Kretschmar Buffalo Style Chicken (thick sliced)
  • 1/2 c. mixed greens
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (red and yellow mixture, quartered)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (small)
  • 1 oz. blue cheese crumbles
  • hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  • 1. Lightly toast bread in oven or toaster and cut chicken slices in half.
  • 2. Arrange mixed greens, chicken, tomatoes, peppers and blue cheese on half of the bread.
  • 3. Fold other half of bread over ingredients.
  • 4. Season with hot sauce (optional).
