The Cajun Turkey Roll with Fried Shrimp & Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Kretschmar Master’s Cut Cajun Style Turkey Breast
  • 1 oz. fried shrimp
  • 1 oz. ancho chile mayonnaise
  • ¾ oz. cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sweet chile sauce
  • 1 po boy roll

Instructions

  • Split po boy roll and toast. Place turkey on a sheet pan and heat under broiler. Spread mayo on bottom of roll. Place turkey and shrimp in bottom of bun. Combine cilantro, mayo, lime juice and chile sauce. Top turkey and shrimp with mayo and serve.
