Kretschmar® Honey Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2½ lbs Kretschmar Off The Bone Oven Roasted Chicken (sliced thick and cut into cubes)
  • ¾ c. red grapes (sliced in half)
  • 2 celery stalks (finely chopped)
  • 4 oz honey
  • 3 oz pecan pieces
  • 1½ c. mayonnaise
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 1 tbs. poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp. white pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped) as a topping
  • 1 crusty French bread loaf (sliced thin and toasted) as a garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Place first 10 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Top with chopped onion.
  • 2. Refrigerate until chilled and serve with toasted bread
