Off the Bone Ham & Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of dark rye bread
  • 1/4 cup spicy mustard
  • 8 (1 oz) slices Kretschmar Off the Bone Ham
  • 4 (1/4 in) green bell pepper rings (optional)
  • 8 to 12 thinly sliced red onion rings
  • 4 (3/4 oz) slices Kretschmar Baby Swiss
  • 4 leaf lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Spread each slice of rye bread with spicy mustard. To assemble each sandwich, place, 1 slice of rye, mustard-side up onto serving plate. Top with 2 slices ham, 1 pepper ring, 1/4 onion rings, 1 slice cheese and 1 lettuce leaf. Top with remaining rye bread slice, mustard-side down.
